  Setting the Chain

Every mission has one overall Mission Commander (per side). The Mission Commander is always the highest ranked player. If you are the Mission Commander, and a player of higher rank joins Misson Command will automatically be given to the new player. It is the job of the Mission Commander to set the chain.
This is an example of what the Mission Commander can see when he clicks the Set Commanders button.

Note : If two players are of the same rank, whoever joined first will be the mission commander if no higher ranks are in the game.

To set the chain, select a player from the left box, then select a player of equal or higher rank in the right box and click on the ''Commanded by >>>'' button.

A list of the current command structure is kept at the bottom of the window. It is important to make sure that everyone is included in the chain (so the left box is empty) and that every player has one sub only (except for the player at the bottom of the chain, who has none).

.

You can reset the chaining by breaking command connections in the bottom box. You might want to do this if you have made a mistake or if someone else joins.

A complete chain should look something like this. Notice that every player has a subordinate except bigb, who is at the bottom of the chain, that noone has more than one subordinate and that no players have been left out (the left box is empty).
